In the middle of the pandemic, life still goes on. Altered and adapted in all cases, but life’s celebrations, annual company events and fundraisers almost feel more important than ever for some feeling of normalcy. And in some cases, fundraising is more essential than ever to many non-profit organizations. So we are left with the beautiful opportunity to re-create these events but in a different way. Paying close attention to the ever-changing updates for county health mandates, we have been able to help several clients reimagine their annual event or help them plan a socially-distanced, safe, and healthy experience by having participants remain at home and we deliver food (drop off) to their porches, or have them drive in to a parking lot to hear a speaker or “attend” a meeting from their vehicle (where we drop off/deliver delicious food to each car for them to eat inside).
From a virtual financial luncheon to an event hosted in a parking lot where we provided our famous charcuterie & dessert boxes for attendees parked in their vehicles, we are here to help you reimagine your event safely, deliciously, and unforgettably.
