It is not impossible to host a Santa Barbara beach wedding on a budget. While Santa Barbara has lovely resorts on or 
across from the beach, there is also an independent wedding location that allows you to have your ceremony right on the sand if you so choose and then enjoy sweeping views of the coastline, channel islands and beach from your cocktail hour and rest of the reception. The Cabrillo Arts Pavilion is a Santa Barbara beach wedding location gem.
